Welcome to Hineni Life.

Hineni is a Hebrew word that means, "Here I am." In the Bible, it is often the response of those who surrendered themselves to God and made themselves available for His purposes. That simple yet powerful expression reflects the desire behind this ministry and this blog.

I was born and raised in a Christian family in Kerala, India. Although I was familiar with Christian teachings from childhood, I did not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Everything changed when I was around twenty years old. Through the loving witness and personal evangelism of a faithful servant of God, I came to know Christ personally and experienced His saving grace.

My journey with God over the years has not been a straight or perfect path. There have been seasons of growth, seasons of failure, and seasons of restoration. Yet through every victory and every weakness, I have discovered the faithfulness of God. Time and again, He has lifted me up, corrected me, strengthened me, and drawn me back to Himself.

Over the years, God has repeatedly reminded me of His calling upon my life through His Word, through prayer, through circumstances, and through the encouragement of godly people. While I do not fully understand all of His plans, I have learned that obedience is more important than understanding everything. My desire is simply to respond, "Here I am, Lord."

Writing has always been close to my heart. Since childhood, I have enjoyed expressing thoughts through words. However, I often felt limited by my language skills and hesitated to share what God was teaching me. In recent years, God has opened new opportunities through technology, enabling me to communicate more effectively and share reflections that might encourage others in their walk with Christ.

What began as simple messages shared with friends gradually grew into a desire to preserve these reflections for a wider audience. With the encouragement of spiritual mentors and fellow believers, this platform was born.

The purpose of Hineni Life is not to present the thoughts of an expert, a preacher, or a theologian. It is the journal of an ordinary believer learning to walk with an extraordinary God. The reflections shared here come from personal Bible reading, life experiences, lessons learned through failures, and moments of God's grace.
